Leatt Corporation, a leader in protective gear and riding apparel, have launched their brand new protection development: Flexmesh Technology.

Flexmesh is the latest in Leatt’s protection technology, joining the 3DF and Reaflex products already on the market. Riders can look forward to putting the protective equipment to the test – Flexmesh will feature in 7 new moto products: 4 chest protectors and 3 body protectors.

Leatt already offer a wide variety of protective gear that features their 3DF foam and Reaflex gel. The 3DF foam available in CE Level 1 and level 2 variations and is supremely comfortable, which makes it an excellent choice for limb protection. Reaflex gel is slimline CE Level 1 protection which has proven to be a top choice for many MTB riders. What sets Flexmesh technology apart is the enhanced breathability and airflow, combined with hard shell deflexion – perfect for hard terrain and rocky surfaces.

The new technology will be available in two different compounds, Flexmesh and Flexmesh Pro. Each comes with its own specifications, but both offer exceptional protection.

Flexmesh is a high-density, single polymer cell structure that offers CE level 1 protection. Its ventilation and flexibility make for an immediately comfortable fit. The single polymer design combines the Flexmesh rib construction direct to the outer protector, a simpler yet effective impact absorbing design.

Offering CE level 2 protection, Flexmesh Pro is a step up. It is constructed with a dual density polymer structure for impact absorption at low or high speeds. Moreover, Flexmesh Pro products have an ergonomically designed hard outer shell to protect against roost and sharp objects.

Looking at the construction of the Flexmesh Pro, the red polymer comprises the impact-absorbing layer, while the thinner black layer absorbs low-speed impacts and adds a comfort layer against the body. The perforated design makes it highly flexible and ventilated, and as a result, extremely comfortable. This is what sets Flexmesh Pro way ahead of other competitor products in the market today.

Created Alongside Moto Riders in the Leatt Lab

As with anything that leaves the Leatt Lab, Flexmesh technology was designed alongside some of the most talented riders around. This ensures that it meets the demands of motocross and supercross athletes around the world.

Above the outstanding protection and unmatched ergonomics, Flexmesh technology is remarkably lightweight. The slimline build naturally keeps any material weight to a minimum – and the highly breathable design allows what little weight there is to be evenly spread out.
