(Toronto, ON) – Several months of hard work in 2011 paid off more than a year later when Inside Motorcycles, Canada’s Source for Motorcycle News, received a MAX Award for best Rider Website at the North American International Motorcycle Supershow on Saturday, January 5. The Motorcycle Awards of Excellence (MAX) Awards, “Canada’s motorcycle Oscars” were awarded to riders, racers, organizations, media and businesses showing excellence during the 2012 motorcycle year.
“Winning the MAX Award for our new website was a nice surprise,” said David Weber, Manager of Inside Motorcycles. “So much time and effort was spent building the best Canadian motorcycle magazine website out there, and it is nice to see that others agree!”
Insidemotorcycles.com provides daily news coverage from the motorcycle industry and the racing scene, as well as exclusive features that can’t be seen in the pages of the magazine. Videos, blogs, photo galleries, motorcycle reviews, current issue info and a subscription ordering page are all part of the dynamic site.
“We feel we’ve got the best motorcycle magazine in Canada, and now our website has been recognized as an industry leader, so this award means a lot,” said Inside Motorcycles Managing Editor Graeme Jones. “We launched our new website in January of 2012, so to be recognized with a MAX Award after just a year is amazing! Thanks goes out to Jeff Morgan, Vicki Schouten and John Hopkins, all of whom have helped make insidemotorcycles.com into the popular site it has become.”
Inside Motorcycles also has an active social media network. You can find them on Facebook (facebook.com/insidemotorcycles), Twitter (@inside_motorcyc) and on Youtube (youtube.com/user/InsideMotorcycles).
