From the winding twisties of the High Peaks Region, to the smooth roads that travel through forests and along scenic lakeshores, the Adirondack Region of New York offers tailor-made motorcycling adventures throughout the summer and fall.
The Adirondacks are motorcycle-friendly and welcoming, and home to the world’s largest annual motorcycle touring rally, Americade, which kicks off June 1 in Lake George. The event lasts six days and attracts motorcyclists from across the country. Enjoy live music, stunt shows, guided touring rides, boat tours on Lake George, seminars and ziplining, hot air ballooning and organized entertainment.
Just up the road on May 29, Warrensburg will host the Adirondack Bike Rally along Main Street with vendors and attractions alongside the 15th annual Warrensburg Bike Rally. The Rally opens May 30 and wraps up June 6, offering free events for touring and sports motorcyclists, including family-friendly activities.
