Latest issue ON SALE NOW! Sept 2015!

Welcome to ADVENTURE SPORT! The all-new BMW S1000XR marks the logical next step for BMW, combining its oh-so-good superbike-derived sport bike engine with the adventure traits of its GS dual sport range. What you've got is something more along the lines of a sport touring motorcycle with dual sport cred and 160 horsepower, but you'll have to pick up the latest issue for the full lowdown!

Also tested in the September issue is the feisty little Honda CB300F, the standard, naked version of Honda's new-for-2015 Honda CBR300R. Based on the same platform with the same engine, the upright riding position provides a more relaxing perch than the sporty R version. How does it fare in today's growing introductory metric bike market? Grab the September issue to find out!

For the touring fan we stay local and take a nice long weekend tour along the north shore of Lake Erie, where Senior Editor Jason Thorpe cruises the coast and brings back a report of gorgeous lake views, tasty food, wonderful beaches and easy riding.

If you're a race fan we've got oodles of coverage for you, including an interview with X Games athlete Doug Lawrence, a profile of the exciting nitro bikes of the CMDRA Pro Dragster division, and a Rapid Classics article on the Suzuki TR750 racer of the 1970s.

Add in our regular mix of industry news, product reviews and the intriguing ramblings of our talented columnists, and... well, you've just got to pick up your own copy to see what the September issue of Inside Motorcycles is all about!

We celebrate the Honda Gold Wing's 40th anniversary with Part One of our two-part special, and you'll also find our 2015 Canadian Ride Guide featuring the most extensive list of rides, rallies and races that you'll find in any single publication!

The Gold Wing started out as a powerful, naked standard bike when it came onto the scene in 1975. Over the first 20 years it transformed into the most famous touring motorcycle in the world. Find out how it got from concept to icon in the May issue of Inside Motorcycles!

Our 2015 Canadian Ride Guide features more than a dozen pages of schedules for rallies and charity rides, race series, riding schools, race schools and track days from one end of this fine country to the other. The Yamaha R3 is brand new for 2015 and we had the chance to be one of the first to ride the scrappy little 320 cc twin in Alabama in March. In our Inside Touring section, a motocross nut discovers the joys of street touring by riding a Ducati Hyperstrada to the Unadilla National motocross race in western New York. His boyish excitement will bring experienced riders back to the feeling of first experiencing the thrill of discovering new places on two wheels, and it may even inspire a few MX fans to give street riding a try.

Inside Motorcycles - Feb/Mar issue - GET IT NOW!

The Feb/March issue of Inside Motorcycles has been moving briskly on better newsstands across Canada, and it's one of the most diverse issues we've ever put together. Cruiser tests, a 'round-the-world adventure piece, touring the US desert, drag racing, and tech tips – it's all here.

New 2015 cruisers take centre stage in the road testing department in this issue, featuring the all-new urban bobber-inspired Victory Gunner and the Harley-Davidson Road Glide bagger, as well as a sidebar on Harley-Davidson's new trike, the Freewheeler. Proving our diversity, we've also thrown in an impression of the Yamaha XT250, a little dual sport machine that proved to be a ton of fun all around.

Marika Thoms of Toronto-based boutique motorcycle shop Town Moto did an unforgettable desert ride late last year with her boyfriend Liam Cormier, from LA to Las Vegas, on a pair of Sportsters. The scenery was like flipping the pages in a National Geographic magazine about the western US, and the roads just got better and better as the ride went on. You may want to complete a ride like this yourself, so check it out in the Feb/March issue of IM.

If dual sport or adventure riding is your thing, we've got plenty for you in this issue including a profile on Horizons Unlimited, a Canadian-made, web-based adventure community that boasts 45,000 registered users. Or you can catch up on Catharine St. Denis and Les Clarke's No Agenda World Tour. The pair left Ontario in July and are currently riding around somewhere in Mexico. Find out how the first six months of their journey went.

On top of this, we've got racing coverage, the latest industry news, product reviews, columnists, tech tips and a whole bunch more in the Feb/March issue of Inside Motorcycles.
