Toronto’s 2013 Mods and Rockers weekend kicks off tonight with a BBQ at Town Moto on Ossington, in between Queen and Dundas. Some of us from IM will be there scoping out the scene before heading over to The Duke on Saturday afternoon, where the party really gets going!
If you’re looking to have some late night fun tonight, the Mods N Rockers gang will move over to The Black Dice after the BBQ where the festivities will continue. On Saturday there will be a meetup at the Bristol Yard (146 Christie St.) for a Crosstown Ride (welcome to anyone, vintage bike or not) that will eventually end up at The Duke at 2pm. There you’ll find bike displays and judging, rock ‘n roll music, burlesque dancers, vendors and more.
