Help Westwood make a difference

It’s track set-up time at Mission Raceway. The Westwood Motorcycle Racing Club will hold track set-up on Thursday, Sept. 26. Come do your part.

Gates open at 5:00pm, pit set-up is 5:00pm – 6:00pm, and track set-up starts at 6:00pm and goes until it is finished. (Just a heads up; it gets dark earlier so bring a friend to help set-up). Camping is available at the track.

The WMRC invites everyone to come witness the thrills and spills of motorcycle road racing action at BC’s one and only premier road racing circuit. For an even better view of the action you can be a corner marshal, which includes deploying flags, picking up crashed motorcycles and communicating on the radio with race control.

If you or anyone you know is interested in volunteering as a corner marshal come to Mission Raceway on Saturday, Sept. 28 or Sunday, Sept. 29. Meet at registration at 8:00am.
