WOODSTOCK, Ont. – The Pro Bike & Sled Series is pleased to have Wiseco Performance Products return as the drag racing series’ title sponsor.

Going into its third year of operation the series, comprised of high-powered motorcycles and snowmobiles racing under Sportsman-style rules, will continue to be known as the Pro Bike & Sled Series presented by Wiseco Performance Products.

The announcement to continue as title sponsor of the PBSS was made at the recent annual Night of Champions Banquet for the PBSS and its companion series, the Pro Modified Racing Association and the Quick 32 Sportsman Series presented by NAPA Auto Parts.

“This has been an excellent venue for us, and we are pleased to continue going into 2013,” said Harvey Silverthorn, Sales and Marketing Manager of Wiseco Canada. “We are dedicated in providing top quality products and top quality service to our customers, including the competitors of the PBSS.”

“Over the years we have had an exceptional relationship with Wiseco and we are very pleased to continue promoting their products at all of our 2013 events,” stated Bruce Mehlenbacher, Director of Operations for all three race series.

“Wiseco has been part of both the PMRA and Quick 32 Sportsman Series program since the inception of these popular racing series,” he continued, “and since that time Wiseco’s onsite support has allowed many of our racers to remain in competition, while improving their engines to run at a peak performance levels.”

Wiseco has been in the engine parts-building industry for more than 70 years and the brand has become synonymous with engine pistons, especially pistons for off-road racing and riding. Wiseco has attained that instant brand recognition as one of the few manufacturers of forged pistons within the US. It carries a full line of performance products including Forged Pistons, Precision Forged Clutch Baskets and Hubs, Crankshafts, Camshafts, Forged Connecting Rods, Valves, and other accessories for just about any motorcycle, ATV, snowmobile, PWC, outboard marine, or automotive application on the market.
